Mediation Fees (per party)

Workplace, Neighbour, Wills etc (Pre-Mediation)

$300 per party

Includes:

- 90 minute pre-mediation session with each party

Workplace, Neighbour, Wills etc (2 hour) per party

$500 per party

If after both parties attending pre-mediation it is safe to proceed, the joint Mediation session will occur.

Includes:

- 2 hour Mediation session

- Document/Agreement writing

Workplace, Neighbour, Wills etc (4 hour)

$1000 per party

Dependent on the number of issues raised in pre-mediation, longer joint mediation session may be required.

- 4 hour Mediation session

- Document/Agreement writing

If Face-to-face Mediation required. This is an approximate fee. Will be confirmed prior to Agreement to mediate.

Administration Fees

$150 per hour

To return excessive emails, lengthy Agreement Writing etc

This includes Travel cost from outside of Cairns CBD
